Subject: Copyright notice of my code in MicroWindows

Hello, Greg:

I notice that my ancient mini-x based code still has my simple copyright
notice that I used to use:
  Permission is granted to use, distribute, or modify this source,
  provided that this copyright notice remains intact.

The MicroWindows project as a whole, though, uses the MPL (or GPL).
That's fine and I agree, but the above notice seems to conflict with that.

So I give you permission to remove my old copyright notices and replace
them with ones more in line with the others in the project, in harmony
with the MPL and GPL.  Then one possible source of confusion would be
removed and the sources would appear more consistent.

PS: I'm impressed at all the extra stuff that has been added.  It's come
a long way from when I worked on it simply to have some sort of graphics
going in Minix.
